Terms of Service

This website is operated by Sada Studio (“Sada Studio”, “we”, “us”), a clothing label based in India. You can reach us at sadastudio.in@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

We photograph our garments as faithfully as we can, but screens vary — the colour you see may differ slightly from the fabric in person. Measurements on the size charts are taken flat, by hand, and may vary by up to half an inch across a production run. Neither is a defect.

All garments are described in good faith. Fabric composition and weight are stated on each product page.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free.

Stock is limited and shown live. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it; stock is only held once an order is created at checkout. If an item sells out while you are checking out we will tell you before payment.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you pay. If a price or product description is listed in error we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full; we will always contact you first.

All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Your order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Until then the order sits in a pending state and the stock is held for a limited time; unpaid orders are released automatically and no charge is made.

We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials — those are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own secure infrastructure.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an unserviceable address, or resale. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are open for 5days from delivery on the terms set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account that is being used abusively or fraudulently.

The Sada Studio name, wordmark, site design, photography and written content belong to us and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to place fraudulent or speculative orders. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe any of these is happening.

We provide this site on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural events, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, courier failure or utility and network outages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
