Shipping Policy

Sada Studio ships across India only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders are shipped from within India and delivered by third-party courier partners.

Shipping is free on all orders. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay — all applicable taxes are already included, and no delivery fee is added at checkout.

Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered in 7–10 days.

Delivery time depends on your location. Remote PIN codes, hill regions, the North-East and island territories can take longer than 10 days. Delivery may also be delayed by events outside our control — weather, strikes, regional restrictions or courier backlogs during festive periods. These estimates are in good faith and are not a guaranteed delivery date.

As soon as your order is handed to the courier we email you the courier name and tracking ID. You can also track any order at any time from the Track an order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout — no account required.

Please check your address and phone number carefully before paying. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails because the address was incomplete or incorrect, nobody was available, or the parcel was refused, the shipment returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or a refund of the order value.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible and email us the same day at sadastudio.in@gmail.com with your order number and photographs. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund the order.
