Delivery, sizing, payment and returns — the things worth knowing before you order.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment and delivered in 7–10 days across India. Remote PIN codes, hill regions and islands can take longer. Every order ships free.
- What payment methods does Sada Studio accept?
- Sada Studio accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. All orders are prepaid — cash on delivery is not offered.
- What is the return policy?
- Returns and exchanges are open for 5 days from the delivery date. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags intact. Raise the request from your account or the order tracking page and we arrange the pickup.
- When do I get my refund?
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned piece reaching us and passing inspection.
- What fabric are Sada Studio garments made from?
- Both garments are cut from 260 GSM terry — a 90% cotton, 10% polyester knit with a dense, premium hand. The tee is an oversized unisex drop-shoulder fit; the sweatpant is a loose unisex fit with two front pockets and a drawcord waist.
- How do I choose a size?
- Every product page has a measurement chart in inches. The tee runs XS–3XL and is designed oversized, so take your usual size for the intended fit. The sweatpant runs S–2XL. Measure a garment you already own flat and compare against the chart.
- Where does Sada Studio ship from?
- Sada Studio is an Indian label and ships across India from within the country. Shipping is free on every order and taxes are included in the listed price.
- Are the garments unisex?
- Yes. Both the Terry Oversized Tee and the Sweatpant are cut as true unisex garments in a single size run, not separate men's and women's blocks.
